Our quality-related business principles
In order that the company may assume the responsibility for the quality of its services towards its customers, we have determined the following quality principles. The definition has been carried out by the manager including customer requirements, standards and provisions.
- In order to achieve our objectives, we maintain an effective and commercial quality assurance system on the basis of the EN ISO 9001, in order to implement the determined quality level in all fields and to provide the assured quality of our services to our customers.
- We ensure a commercial production of the required product quality by clearly identifying and determining the requirements of our customers.
- We will create awareness of our quality responsibility by constant self-testing.
- We create and maintain the necessary quality awareness by information and training and are obliged to quality and cost-conscious acting. Meetings / briefings about current changes and innovations in the department are held with all concerned employees. Minutes are kept about it.
- We ensure a defined quality management system, in order that the necessary measures are performed regularly and targeted.
We choose suitable partners or suppliers for the procurement of external services and required products, in order to optimally implement the procurement quality.
